NAUTIC PACKAGE
The offer includes:
* Accommodation
* Use of the berth for the boat (for vessels up to 7 meters in length)
* Private launch / slip for the boat directly in front of the house
* Parking for trailer in a fenced yard
Important notes:
* Use of the pier in front of the house and parking for the trailer is available exclusively with the selection of the NAUTIC package as a free benefit (gratis service) and is not charged separately.
* The renter does not bear responsibility for any damage to the vessel caused by adverse weather or force majeure.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 45 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 45 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
