The offer includes:

* Use of the boat berth (for vessels up to 7 meters in length)
* Private boat launch/ramp directly in front of the house
* Parking for the trailer in a fenced yard

* The use of the pier in front of the house and trailer parking is available exclusively with the selection of the NAUTIC package as a free benefit (gratis service) and is not charged separately.
* The lessor is not responsible for any damage to the vessel caused by adverse weather conditions or force majeure.

Payment Terms
  • To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
  • The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
  • The guest can cancel for free 45 or more days before arrival.
  • If cancelled within 45 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the total amount paid.
  • If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
