We warmly welcome you and are delighted to present our apartment house ŠTIZ, situated in a unique location on the magical island of Murter. If you are looking for the perfect blend of peace, family comfort, and proximity to the sea, you are in the right place. Our house is located in the beachfront row, right next to a landscaped stone beach, where free sun loungers and umbrellas await you on a private pier for perfect moments of relaxation.

Accommodation Tailored to Your Needs
Our offer includes 10 fully equipped accommodation units (apartments and studios) with two, three, or four beds, making them an ideal choice for couples and families with children. All apartments are carefully decorated, air-conditioned, and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and all amenities necessary for a carefree stay.

All accommodation units feature their own private balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh sea air, views of the azure sea, or our Mediterranean garden. We constantly invest in quality, which is why some of our units shine in a brand new look – featuring completely renovated, modern bathrooms and premium vinyl floors for flawless cleanliness.

Enjoy the Mediterranean Garden and Beach
Surrounding the house is a beautifully landscaped green garden with a large stone barbecue, complete with utensils and provided firewood, ideal for preparing delicious meals and socializing with family. Right next to the beach, there is also a large garage with a terrace and a toilet, intended for the free and safe storage of your SUPs, kayaks, and beach equipment.

Ideal for Boaters (NAUTIC PACKAGE)
If you are coming on holiday with your own boat, our house is the perfect base. We offer comprehensive support for boaters, which includes a private slipway/ramp right in front of the house for launching smaller boats (up to 7 meters in length). You can securely moor your boat on our pier in front of the house, and trailer parking is secured within our fenced yard.

With a gentle stroll along the coast, you will enjoy a walk to the charming center of Betina, located just 1.6 kilometers from our house. There you will find local shops, lively cafes, excellent restaurants serving authentic gastronomy, and the main town beach.

Betina – A Blend of Tradition and History
The island of Murter offers an unforgettable holiday experience. Betina is widely known for its historic old town, full of picturesque stone streets, and for its centuries-old tradition of wooden shipbuilding, which is faithfully preserved in the nearby Museum of Betina Wooden Shipbuilding (Museum of Betina Shipwrights).

Active Holidays and Water Attractions on Murter
The island is a true paradise for lovers of active holidays, water sports, and adrenaline. Thanks to excellent winds and crystal-clear waters, here you can enjoy top-quality water activities:

• Windsurfing and Kitesurfing: The Murter Channel offers perfect conditions for windsurfing, both for beginners and experienced surfers.
• Kayaking and SUP (Stand Up Paddling): Explore hidden coves and small islands around Betina at your own pace. As a reminder, our house includes a large garage right next to the beach where you can store your SUPs and kayaks safely and free of charge.
• Scuba Diving: The rich underwater world of Murter and the proximity to the Kornati Islands hide fascinating marine walls, caves, and flora, while local diving centers offer courses and guided excursions.
• Cycling and Hiking: The island is crisscrossed with kilometers of well-maintained cycling and hiking trails that lead through centuries-old olive groves to beautiful viewpoints.

Of course, there are also the legendary beaches of Murter, such as Slanica, Podvrške, Čigrađa, and Kosirina, which will enchant you with their beauty and turquoise sea.

Connected by a drawbridge in Tisno, the island of Murter is easily accessible by car, and its excellent geographical position makes it a perfect base for exploring the surroundings:

• National Parks: NP Kornati (boat excursions depart directly from Murter), NP Krka, and NP Paklenica.
• Nature Parks: PP Vransko Jezero and PP Telašćica.
• The Historic City of Šibenik (32 km): A medieval gem that boasts as many as two UNESCO-protected monuments – the magnificent Cathedral of St. James and the marine St. Nicholas Fortress, along with the must-visit mainland fortresses of St. Michael and Barone.
