About the property

Dear visitors,

we would like to offer you accommodation in our apartment house ŠTIZ - BETINA on the island of Murter. The apartment house is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and is located directly next to the sea with stone beach where you can use beach chairs and large umbrellas for free.

We offer 10 accommodation units (apartments and studios) with two, three and four beds, suitable for families with children. All apartments are fully equipped and have a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the garden, are air-conditioned, have internet access and free parking next to the house.

In the garden there is a large grill with accessories for grilling meat and fish, and you can use it freely.

Only small dogs (small breed) that do not bark and are not aggressive are welcome.

If you are coming on vacation with your own boat, we have the option of launching smaller boats up to 7 m. You can moor the ship on the shore and jump into it directly. There are concrete blocks in the sea where you can anchor your boat. Parking for the boat trailer is available next to the house inside the fenced yard.

There is fine sand in the sea suitable for entering. In front of the house, next to the coast, there is a large garage with a toilet, where you can store your things for the beach (SUP board, inflatable boat, small rubber boat...).

You will enjoy a pleasant and easy walk along the sea and a walk to the center of Betina, which is 1.6 km from shops, cafes, restaurants and the main city beach.

The island of Murter is one of the most famous tourist centers in Dalmatia, and Betina is one of the most picturesque small towns on the Adriatic, with many characteristic narrow streets in the old town on a hilly islet with a traditional church from the 15th century. Betinski kalafati, shipbuilders in wood since 2015. they got their own museum. In the 18th and 19th centuries Betina was the center of wooden shipbuilding on the Adriatic. Today, there are still several family-owned shipyards that have been declared Croatian intangible cultural heritage and included in the Register of Cultural Properties of the Republic of Croatia. The island also has a strong Glagolitic tradition and Glagolitic masses are held. The island of Murter is known for its cycling and hiking trails, as well as the sandy beaches of Slanica, Podvrška, Čigrađa, Kosirina... It is connected by a drawbridge, which is raised twice a day, and is easily accessible by car. Its geographical location is perfect for discovering the national parks of Krka, Kornati, Lake Vrana and Paklenica.

The medieval town of Šibenik is 32 km away. It is among the 5 cities in the world with 2 monuments that are on the UNESCO list of protected world heritage, the Fortress of St. Nicholas and the Cathedral of St. Jacob. You should definitely visit and see the fortress of St. Michael and Baron.

Apartmani Štiz-Betina je jedan od najljepših apartmana u kojima smo bili, odiše mirom u prirodnim okruženjem sa mnogo drveća i smokava u dvorištu gdje možete uživati, more ispred kuće i divna plaža sa pijeskom za djecu , ležaljke i suncobrani na molu besplatni , bez guzve i gradske buke možete mirno spavati . Dugačkom šetnicom uz more stižete do preslatkog mjesta Betina .Za potpuni odmor savršeno mjesto uz gostoljubivost domaćina🐬🏊🌿🌵☘️❤️🏵️

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Apartment Stiz, es ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Abaprtments sind sehr gut. Einfach raus aus dem Haus und schon am Wasser baden gehen. Die Uferpromenade die zum Apartment Haus Stiz gehört ist schön groß und hat Liegen und große Sonnenschirme zum Sonnenbaden. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren auch mit dem Boot da, mit eigenem Bootsanleger (direkt vor dem Haus) und eigener Slipbahn hat das auch sehr gut geklappt. Danke für alles. Beata und Nico

Sve je bilo super. Obitelj izuzetno ljubazna, voljeli bi opet doći. Jedini minus je premali frižider i željeli bi malo više kuhinjskog pribora (čaše za vino, ledenu kafu itd.) Sve ostalo super super!!! I hvala još jednom za sve!

Super tolles Appartmenthaus, mit ganz tollen Vermietern, die immer vor Ort sind und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Super zentral gelegen für Bootsfahrer, wie uns. Anlegeplätze mit Mourinleinen. Top! Kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir fahren dort schon 9 Jahre hin. DANKE FÜR ALLES.

About unit

The new luxuriously furnished apartment (2+2) is located on the first floor and consists of two rooms with a balcony of a total size of 40 m2. In the bedroom there is a double bed (170 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, a desk with a chair and a flat screen TV with satellite HDTV. In the living room with the kitchen there is a sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) on which two children can sleep. In the modern and fully equipped kitchen there is a large fridge with freezer, glass ceramic stove, kitchen hood, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils. The apartment has air conditioning, internet access (WiFi), toilet with shower and of course a balcony with a direct and beautiful view of the sea, where you have a table and chairs.
